Privacy

The OIA is committed to protecting user privacy by complying with the Information Privacy Act 2009 (IP Act) and related policies and procedures.

The Privacy policy ( 207.5 KB) outlines the responsibilities of the Office of the Independent Assessor (OIA) under the IP Act.

This policy should be read in conjunction with the Privacy plan ( 228.5 KB) which details how the Office of the Independent Assessor manages personal information in accordance with the principles of the IP Act.
